From the recording Far Hills
Rob brought this reel composed by Joe Molloy to the group after learning it from a rendition by Éamonn Coyne. It ended up being one of the melodies whose tone we most altered. Our bass-boosted version is paired with the hornpipe Hot Asphalt; when listening, we picture the story of Eógabal, a king of the Tuatha Dé Danann, tearing out of Cnoc Áine with his forces to scorch the lands of exploitative farmers.
